Meet the Crew of Dolce Yachting

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, ensuring every voyage is seamless, luxurious, and unforgettable.

Captain Levi Beissel

I started my career about 15 years ago as a deckhand for Catalina Express. After that first summer, I knew this was the direction in which I wanted to head. After getting my first license, I began running the different ferries in the Express Fleet as well as various charter boats in Newport Beach. Soon as I climbed the hawse pipe in my career, I began venturing more into the private sector, skippering yachts and mega yachts for clients and their guests. Chartering is my passion and every day is a new adventure. Plus, the view from my office view can’t be beat!

John Guerrero

Bosun

Bio

I grew up in the San Fernando valley, with a love for the outdoors. At 22 I felt like I needed to earn my place in the country, so I enlisted in the US Navy. For the next 4 years, I spent my time as an aircraft director on the open ocean and was able to see parts of the world I would have never imagined. Ever since I could remember, I always wanted to work on the water. I wanted to experience the challenge Mother Nature provides – the last true frontier! And I look forward to sharing in the adventure with each and everyone of our guests.

Kristen Neary

Steward

Bio

I grew up lake boating and always had a passion for being on the water. In 2020 I got the opportunity to sail abroad to various countries for a year. I fell in love with being a yachty and knew it was my career goal. Ever since then I’ve been a deckhand and stewardess on private vessels as well as charter boats. I’m also involved with yacht maintenance and management taking care of a wide variety of yachts. When I’m not working, I spend my time in the water surfing, snow skiing, and traveling to new places!
